Kannywood: Rahama Sadau features in a romantic song 'I Love You' by ClassiQ
Actress Rahama Sadau has featured in a ClassiQ's romantic musical video titled 'I Love You'.
"Special thanks to the director of this amazing master piece. I appreciate you. You should all watch and review back. I know you will like it". Rahama said on her Istagram page.
The Jos based music star, ClassiQ, featured Rahama Sadau in his musical video.
The 4 minutes19 seconds romantic musical video titled, ‘I love you’ was released on Monday.
Sadau played the role of a female lover in the video, hugging her man.
Some fans of the popular actress have, however, criticised her role in the video.
“Rahama has crossed the boundary line this time around. The video is all revealing and this is not proper for a Muslim girl to go this extreme in an open video,” a fan, Maryam Umar said.
Maryam also said that Rahama needed to be cautioned to save the name of her family.
“This is not America or Lagos. She should do everything she wanted to do but not to participate in such a video. I know her family will not be happy with her.”
Sadau’s criticism follows a similar one on another Kannywood actress in a movie industry that attends to Nigeria’s largely conservative north.
Actress Nafisa Abdullahi was sanctioned by the Kannywood movie regulators in 2012 for holding a party in Kaduna.
