ADC to former governor of Katsina State Ibrahim Shehu Shema explained how he shared the sum of N680.2m to security chiefs in the State during general elections.
He said "The money was disbursed as logistics and allowances to various security personnel during the election.
Koko states that "I invited the then Deputy Commissioner of Police who stands for the CP, the then Commanding Officer of the 35 battalion, Nigerian Army, the Director, DSS, and the Deputy Commandant NSCDC".
According to him, the money which was provided by the former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Alhaji Sani Makana: N158m was given to DSS, Nigerian Army N68.2m, Custom N8m, Immigration N10m, Prison Service N8m, Federal Road Safety Corps N8m, NSCDC N24m, the present Commissioner of Police who was in the state for election duties received N10m, former DCP N4m and DCP operations N3.5m. Each of the three area commanders got N4m and N95m to the 34 Divisional Police Officers, where each DPO was given N2.5m.
Koko added that Masari's present ADC collected for himself and on behalf of the Non Commission Officers serving in the state.
The ADC Mr. Shehu Koko, told the Judicial Commission of Inquiry that the former governor asked him to summon security meeting on March 26, 2015.
