Katsina State Governor, Rt. Honourable Aminu Bello Masari has been awarded with US Congregational Commendation Awardand also inducted into the African Leadership Hall of Fame.
The award which was presented by the Chair, Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, Honourable Dee Dawkings made Governor Masari the first Nigerian Governor to be accorded with this particular recognition.
