Katsina State Police Command set free a 3-year-old boy, Muhammed Rabiu, who was allegedly kidnap by one Kamal Bala Yunusa and Muhammed Abubakar Sadiq.
According to a report by Daily Trust, the victim was rescued from a hotel within Katsina, where he had been drugged with suspected cough syrup.
The Command’s spokesman, DSP Salisu Agaisa, while parading the suspects said two others Abubakar Idris and Dabo Muhammed, believed to be part of the four-man gang have also been arrested in Kaduna.
They conspired to kidnap Muhammad for the ransom of N4million from Tudun Wada area in Kaduna before relocating to Katsina to conclude the processes.
