| Leader of Cattle Rustlers Who Surrendered | |
Cattle rustlers are finding it very difficult to operate within Katsina State this days, they have began to lay down arms and surrender.
The good news came when an infamous leader of the rustlers from Kankara Local Government Area surrendered to the State Governor on Sunday.
