Katsina State Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari, has approved the appointment of Talban Katsina, Ambassador Zakari Ibrahim as the new Pro-Chancellor of Umaru Musa Yar'adua University (UMYU).
The appointment is with immediate effect and will last for five years according to a statement signed by the Secretary to the state government, Alhaji Mustapha Inuwa.
