NPFL: Match Day 20 - Katsina United to play Plateau United behind closed doors on Sunday

Katsina United Football Club
Muhammad Dikko Stadium (MDS) Katsina |
Katsina United will on Sunday play against Plateau United behind closed doors at Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina.

Sundays match will be the second closed-door game to be played by the 'Chanji Boys' as a result of a crowd incident after a home game against Enyimba Football Club.

The 'Chaji Boys' remain unbeaten at home throughout this season. In the last meeting between the two teams at Rwang Pam Stadium in Jos, Katsina United were defeated 3-0.

According to Katsina United coach Bazuaye, he reiterated that his players are ready for the match and it's a must win; because the memories of their previous game in Jos still lingers.

"It's going to be pay-back time. We have prepared very well and ready to pay Plateau United back in many folds because the memory of the 3-0 loss to them in Jos is still very fresh in our memory,” He said.

"Moreso, it's a must-win match for us because we want to keep going up and end in a better position come the end of the season.”
