Emir of Katsina and Chairman Katsina State Coucil of Chiefs Alh. (Dr.) Abdulmumini Kabir Usman has approved the tittle of Sarkin Labaran Katsina to Alh. Ibrahim Yaro Bindawa.

The Emir's consent was via a letter from the Palace; which states that Alh. Ibrahim Bindawa's request for the tittle of 'Sarkin Labaran Katsina' had been granted. Date for the turbaning ceremony will be announced soon.

The new Sarkin Labaran Katsina is the Public Relations Officer (PRO) at the Katsina Emirate Council.
