Katsina State Governor Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari has approved the appointment of Dr. Shamsuddeen Yahaya Suleiman as the new Executive Secretary of the State Primary Health Care Development Agency (SPHCDA).
This is contained in a press release signed by the Secretary to the Government of the State (SGS), Alhaji Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa and made available to newsmen.
The appointment follows the expiry of the second term tenure of the former Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr. Mu’awiya Aliyu.
Until his appointment, Dr. Shamsuddeen is the Director of Primary Health Care of the Agency.
He holds a Master Degree in Health Economics from Bayero University, Kano and Bachelors Degree in Medicine and Surgery from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2003.
He started his Civil Service Carrier with the Katsina State Government as a House Officer at General Hospital Katsina in 2003.
