The recent circular released by the PRO on behalf of Comptroller-General of Customs Hameed Ali (Rtd) in respect to duty payment extension period to all private and car dealers in the country is another administrative blunder. It clearly shows that the CGC is not aware of the flight of Nigerians especially under economic recession, and to say the least is the most unfortunate.
